Limara is a really patient personal trainer who genuinely cares about helping you achieve your fitness goals. She listens to what you want you want to achieve and then motivates you to work towards those goals. Whilst Training with Limara I discovered a love of Olympic weightlifting techniques and the accessory exercises. I wouldn't have had the confidence to pick up a barbell if it wasn't for Limara's encouragement. She is a great role model for women who want to feel strong and look healthy, whilst balancing a busy work, social and family life.

Bootcamp Bristol

BootCamp sessions will continue to follow COVID-19 guidelines when they are allowed to run in the park. All clients will remain socially distanced, using minimal equipment and any equipment used will be cleaned and disinfected prior and after use.
