I would thoroughly recommend Limara as she has recently been helping me with a 20-year old lower back problem. She certainly knows her stuff and has given me various exercises to strengthen my back plus lifestyle changes which might help too. She is very professional and friendly, a lovely lady to work with and I've really enjoyed our sessions.

Limara's bootcamp is an energetic and dynamic way to get stuck into functional training, it's fun but challenging. With a mix up of techniques and programme styles such as circuits, intervals, relays; using just body weight or weights and equipment. Bootcamp ALWAYS gives you something a little bit different and enjoyable.
